We’re looking for a
detail-oriented and tech-savvy Talent Acquisition Coordinator
who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding support to both candidates and team members. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a passion for connecting people with opportunities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and accuracy. Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred. At least one (1) year of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, marketing, or a related administrative role. Skills & Knowledge:
Demonstrated experience using social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.) for recruitment or marketing purposes. Knowledge of AI technology and its applications in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or HR processes. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database or applicant tracking systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset. Knowledge of HR policies, regulations, and best practices preferred. Creative thinker who can support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. What You Will Do:
Coordination of Daily Talent Acquisition Operations Supports the day-to-day operations of the Talent Acquisition Team, i.e. but not limited to, planning & coordinating hiring events, career fairs, and community outreach. Using social media and digital marketing tools to creatively promote career opportunities, highlight our organizational culture, and attract top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Facebook, etc. Assists with special projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned to support Talent Acquisition initiatives.
