This is a well-established and growing law firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, known for its exclusive representation of management-side clients in both the public and private sectors. The position is for an associate attorney joining its employment law practice, based in the firm’s Princeton office. The firm handles broad employment counseling and litigation and has a niche in representing financial services clients in arbitration and related matters, including restrictive covenants, noncompete and non-solicitation agreements, employee mobility, and regulatory arbitration proceedings. Responsibilities
Associate attorney with 1–4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: employment litigation; restrictive covenant disputes; FINRA arbitrations; noncompete and non-solicitation agreements; drafting and negotiation of employment or severance agreements. Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed to practice in New Jersey; additional bar admissions are considered a plus. Benefits
