Consular Processing Attorney

position within a premier law firm with a lot of room for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Associate Attorney to gain valuable experience and further their career with an established firm in the Greater Los Angeles Area. As The

Consular Processing Attorney , you will report to the Sr. Associate Attorney, manage your caseload, interact with clients, and collaborate with our Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants.

Responsibilities

Manage workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa. Prepare clients for their consulate interview.

Represent clients before USCIS.

Review immigration applications/packets prepared.

Manage team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations.

Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits.

Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases.

Qualifications

At least 1 to 4 years of Immigration Law Experience

A team player who is open to helping, strategizing, and working with fellow associates

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

Record of moving legal cases forward and the ability to manage a caseload

Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers

Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
