Stefanini Group is hiring! Workforce Technical Consultant, Dearborn, MI (Onsite). We are transforming timekeeping infrastructure to replace TWOS and Kronos with WorkForce Software for hourly employees. The role owns complex integrations, configuration, data lake contributions, and reporting/dashboarding. Responsibilities
Integration Ownership: design, develop, implement, and maintain integrations between WorkForce Software and internal/external systems using SOAP/REST and other technologies. Application Environment Expertise: knowledge of WorkForce Software configuration, modules (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) and functionalities to tailor to business requirements. Data Lake Contribution: collaborate with data architecture to capture and transform WorkForce Software data for data lake analytics. Reporting & Dashboarding: lead design/development/implementation of custom reports and dashboards within WorkForce Software for workforce data and compliance. Technical Consultation: provide guidance through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Troubleshooting & Optimization: diagnose and resolve complex issues ensuring stability and performance. Documentation: create and maintain technical docs including integration specs, configuration guides, and reporting logic. Collaboration: work with HR, Payroll, IT, Labor Affairs, and analytics teams. Experience Required
5+ years implementing/configuring/supporting WorkForce Software (WFS) or other enterprise WFM systems; experience owning complex integrations with APIs, SOAP/REST, and ETL. Strong SQL proficiency; data querying and reporting. Experience with data architectures and data lakes or analytics platforms. Experience designing/developing reports and dashboards. Experience with JavaScript or other scripting languages. HRIS or payroll system implementations; automotive or large manufacturing with hourly employees. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Education
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field. Preferred Qualifications
Master\'s degree in a relevant field. WorkForce Software certifications.
