Technical Lead – Workforce Transformation Join a major digital transformation project to modernize timekeeping systems across the US and Canada. As a Technical Lead, you’ll help implement and integrate WorkForce Software for a large hourly workforce, driving efficiency and accuracy in workforce management. Details
Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite, 4 days/week) Shift: Morning Compensation: $65-70/hr with benefits Responsibilities
Design and maintain integrations between WorkForce Software and other systems (SOAP, REST, APIs). Configure and tailor WorkForce Software modules to business needs. Collaborate on data lake strategy and advanced analytics. Develop custom reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot and optimize technical issues. Document technical processes and solutions. Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and analytics teams. Requirements
7+ years of Data Engineering experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years with WorkForce Software or similar Workforce Management systems. Strong skills in SQL, system integrations, and data lakes. Experience designing reports and dashboards. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred
Certifications in WorkForce Software. Background in HRIS/payroll systems or large enterprise environments. Seniority level
