Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the work of up to 3 paralegals and 1 lead legal assistant Draft legal documents such as letters, reports, pleadings, and motions Conduct client interviews and gather relevant facts and information Manage discovery requests and responses to ensure efficient case progression Monitor client communications to ensure timely responses and case management Qualifications
What is Required (Qualifications): 7+ years of experience working as a paralegal for a family law firm Strong digital skills, including knowledge of Clio, GoTo Meeting, Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, and Google platforms Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines Experience conducting research and discovery Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certification Preferred Qualifications
