Family Law Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team in the King, Pierce, and Snohomish County areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling family law cases and a proven track record of successfully managing cases from start to finish. Responsibilities Handle family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and other related matters. Provide legal counsel and represent clients in family law matters in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely and effective legal representation. Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and settlement agreements. Prepare clients for court appearances and negotiate settlements. Maintain accurate case records and documentation. Stay current with family law trends and regulations in Washington State. Requirements A minimum of two years of experience working in family law. Strong knowledge of family law procedures and Washington State regulations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to work in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties. Preferred Qualifications Experience in handling complex family law cases.
