Under the direction of Information Technology Supervisor II, performs a wide variety of tasks requiring regular innovative problem-solving within broadly stated and non-specific guidelines. Plans, develops, and implements technological solutions within the Client Services domain, providing second level technical support for enterprise personal computing systems, and provides secondary support for OR servers, network, and mobile computing. Performs the more complex critical analytical and technical functions within the unit and ensures the successful delivery of Information Technology (IT) products and services to the OR while maintaining a healthy IT hardware and software environment. Individuals who are eligible for a Training and Development (T&D) assignment may also be considered for this position(s). Position located at The Office of Research in Sacramento County.
