Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
at Eugene Treatment Center. $75k- $100k Depending on experience Relocation Assistance Provided! Must be able to work at both the Eugene/West Eugene/Springfield facilities as needed. Part-time/ Full-Time available. Benefits

5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F . With a blend of on-site and telehealth. Responsibilities And Duties
Hours are combination of in-clinic and remote logging in to utilize the telehealth system for patient encounters. Medical services include conducting history and physicals. Reviewing urine drug screens and lab work, conducting assessments, participating in training, and managing crisis interventions. Referring patients to appropriate providers outside the Company's scope of practice, and at times participating in treatment team meetings. Will perform medical services as outlined in the Practice Agreement agreed upon with the supervising physician. Qualifications And Skills
Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in the state employed (licensing in WA and OR preferred). Current Oregon DEA License DATA WAIVER or ability to obtain DATA WAIVER Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level.
