This is a high-visibility role where your work will directly contribute to increasing reactor output and optimizing performance at nuclear facilities across the country. Lead strategic discussions and align your team to ensure quality and deadlines are met, while keeping clients informed and engaged. Problem-solve, manage budgets, refine proposals, and identify new opportunities; motivate your team to turn challenges into wins. Provide interdisciplinary coordination for design engineering projects and serve as a technical leader to ensure project solution and quality goals are met. Manage client interactions and negotiate/control project scope to client and company satisfaction. Foster and maintain working relations with assigned clients and act as a single point of contact for assigned projects. Plan, execute, and finalize projects within schedule and budget. Understand project schedules, management plans, and report on financial status and overall project performance. Develop winning, highly technical engineering proposals; aggressively support marketing efforts, including identification of new opportunities and proposal follow-up. Qualifications
Design Engineering experience with modification and implementation processes, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities Minimum of 6 years' experience in the nuclear, power, or industrial industries as an Engineer or Project Manager Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear or Chemical Engineering (or related) OR PMP Certification and 10 years\' applicable experience PE license strongly preferred Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites Ability to travel between 10-15% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs Pay Range
