Lead and mentor a team of application engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Develop and implement FAE strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption. Set team objectives and allocate resources effectively based on project priority and business impact. Oversee the review of RFPs, specifications, email communications, and drawings to ensure solution and product compliance, including preliminary HVAC sizing, lighting calculations, battery calculations, and weight estimates. Provide expert technical assistance to customers, sales managers, engineering, and estimating teams. Ensure the completion of datasheets to define estimating inputs. Participate in key customer meetings, including visits, presentations, proposal clarifications, and project kick-off meetings. Develop and present compelling proposal documents and customer value propositions. Support new product development, product introductions, and product improvements by analyzing and communicating product development needs internally. Ensure technical compliance and accuracy in quotes. Develop and implement performance metrics to track and report on team performance. Collaborate in project handover meetings with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless transitions and successful project execution. Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. Ideally 7+ years of industry experience including 2-3 years of people management experience. Demonstrated ability in the electrical infrastructure market in a technical role. Proficiency with LV/MV Switchgear, Relay Panels, UPS, MCC, VFD, and related equipment. Expertise in crafting drawing layouts and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong product presentation, communication skills, and technical competence. Outstanding customer service and follow-up capabilities. Willingness to travel occasionally. About Us / We Have
