Lead a team of buyer analysts across multiple US sites supporting the Engineered Building Solutions segment. Actively define, recommend, and deploy strategies to transform the procurement processes. Drive performance for cash, stock-outs, supplier on time delivery, and other operational metrics. Define and implement replenishment strategies that ensure availability of components to align with the manufacturing schedule. Own the parameter management process (PFEP - Plan for Every Part) to ensure stocking parameters are aligned to business needs. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand and manage stock to minimize costs and avoid shortages. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and cross functional teams. Build culture and talent within the team. Create opportunities for career growth, progression, and personal development. You Have
Bachelors Degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field. 3+ years' experience in a team leadership role. 5+ years previous experience in or with Supply Chain Management. People first approach to build strong and collaborative relationships with cross functional teams.
