is seeking a
Tier 3 Application Support Specialist
to join an innovative and dependable company located in
New Castle, Delaware .
Responsibilities of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist:
Interact with clients to assess the scope and impact of technical challenges. Research and analyze the functions of a wide variety of refinery applications, including dependencies on other systems. Perform detailed log analysis and troubleshooting of application-hardware interactions. Engage vendor support for unresolved technical issues. Own troubleshooting processes from start to resolution, providing updates to stakeholders. Document resolution procedures for both company and client knowledge bases. Assist with provisioning, deployment, upgrading, and migration of application software.
Qualifications of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist:
5+ years of experience with oil refinery specific operations; Honeywell Experion PKS, AspenTech Software Suite, SAP PM/MM, OSIsoft PI System, Emerson DeltaV, AVEVA & Hexagon PPM Applications, etc. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Scripting/PowerShell/automation experience. Understanding of code structures.
Compensation of the Tier 3 Application Support Specialist:
Salary range: $90,000-120,000 Comprehensive benefit package: Delaware BCBS - Family coverage, Delta Dental, Vision, 401k match, 10 PTO, 10 Holidays, etc.
