Overview
Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is hiring for Assistant Clinic Unit Manager. This position will work closely with the Clinic Unit Manager by assisting with the supervision of staff at ARMC Primary and Specialty Care Clinics. Responsibilities
Supervise and direct the work of Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Care and Clinic Assistants assigned to the Clinics. Assist with work performance evaluations; disciplinary actions and hiring. Prepare schedules and oversee payroll time and attendance processing, including approving time off. Assist with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care by ensuring assignments are made based on knowledge, skills and competency level with consideration for the needs of each patient. Assist in the development and implementation of continuous patient experience improvement efforts. Assist with other duties as assigned. License: Must possess and maintain a current license as a Registered Nurse with the State of California Board of Registered Nursing. Certification: Must possess and maintain a current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience: Two (2) years as a Registered Nurse in a Clinic, Ambulatory, Inpatient or Outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of Charge Nurse or Lead experience in Ambulatory Services or Outpatient setting. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management or related field is highly desired. Application Procedure
