SMI Service Manager CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. Job Summary The SMI services manager is responsible for the overall operations and management of the SMI programs operated by CBI. This position is also responsible for acting as a liaison between the Director of SMI Services and the PCMH leadership team to ensure standards of practice performance are met. Provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to the SMI programs. This position will oversee SMI Administrators across all SMI levels of care. Skills/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience meeting A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedure standards for BHT. 2 years’ experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse 2 years’ experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities. Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance. Current AZ Driver’s License Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certified to complete the Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (SPDAT) CBI Offers an excellent benefits package!
