Overview
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
CBI is a premier non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job Summary The SMI Services Manager is responsible for the overall operations and management of the SMI programs operated by CBI. This position acts as a liaison between the Director of SMI Services and the PCMH leadership team to ensure standards of practice performance are met. It provides leadership, training, and technical assistance to the SMI programs and oversees SMI Administrators across all SMI levels of care.

Provide leadership, training, and technical assistance to SMI programs.
Supervise SMI Administrators across all levels of care.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience meeting A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures for BHT.
2 years’ experience with the SMI population in multiple settings and levels of care (including mental health and substance abuse).
2 years’ experience in a behavioral health role providing outreach and engagement activities.
Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
Current AZ Driver’s License
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification
Certified to complete the Service Prioritization Decision Assistance Tool (SPDAT)
