Senior Informatica Cloud MDM Architect with Informatica Cloud & MDM (Master Data Management) Cloud Experience About Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm with over 10,000 professionals in over 40 countries. Define/Oversee MDM architecture strategies aligned with account, employee, and project data domains. Lead/Oversee the implementation and configuration of Informatica Cloud MDM (ICM) to support Account, Employee, and Project master data domains. Design and develop match and merge rules, survivorship logic, and trust frameworks across systems such as Salesforce, Workday, Prime, and SAP. Collaborate with source system owners and downstream consumers to align on golden record definitions, ownership models, and integration points. Develop integration flows using Informatica Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Cloud Data Integration (CDI) to synchronize master data across platforms. Build and maintain stewardship workflows to handle exception management and data quality resolution. Support data governance programs by enforcing data quality standards, data lineage tracking, and stewardship accountability. Maintain high standards of master data integrity, consistency, and lineage across federated business units. Provide architecture guidance for scaling the MDM platform to accommodate new domains and future integration needs. Create and maintain metadata, mappings, and documentation for all MDM components and data services. Serve as the subject matter expert for Informatica Cloud MDM within the enterprise architecture function. Train business stewards and technical teams on usage of MDM capabilities and processes. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution in Computer Science Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture, integration, and management Prior professional services experience preferred Proven success in deploying Informatica Cloud and Snowflake Strong experience with the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services stack Well-versed in data structures and algorithms Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases High-level written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of building modern data reporting solutions in cloud technologies, including Informatica Cloud Data Quality or Axon (a plus) Knowledge of enterprise data, data warehousing, and Azure cloud data platforms Experience with integrating multiple source systems, such as Salesforce and custom-developed systems using REST API Experience with modeling, MDM implementation methodologies and best practices using cloud-based technologies in the Microsoft stack (Informatica Cloud MDM, CDI/CAI, and Data Quality modules) as well as non-Microsoft technology such as MDM (Master Data Management) Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future. This hybrid role (3X a week on-site) will be based at the Tampa, Dallas, or Houston A&M office location Your journey at A&M
