Product Analytics Strategist (Customer Success) - LATAM at Amplitude. This client-facing Product Analytics role is embedded with our Customer Success team and requires fluent business Spanish and strong technical acumen. Prior Customer Success experience is a plus but not required—we’ll train you on our Customer Success playbooks. What You’ll Do
Partner with customers’ Product, Analytics, and Growth teams to set strategy, define goals, and execute plans that move key product metrics. Advise senior stakeholders (CPOs, VPs of Product, Heads of Analytics) on using Amplitude to inform product decisions, roadmaps, and experimentation. Lead strategic business reviews and deep-dive analytics sessions that demonstrate impact and uncover new growth opportunities. Translate product usage and health signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve retention, activation, and conversion. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Services to channel customer feedback into product enhancements and adoption initiatives. Codify best practices and playbooks customers can use to scale evidence-based product development. What You’ll Bring
5+ years in Product Management, Growth, or Product Analytics roles within SaaS or digital-first environments. Hands-on experience with product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Heap, etc.) to guide strategy and decisions. Proven ability to drive core product metrics (activation, retention, conversion) through analytics-driven prioritization and rapid experimentation. Delivered measurable growth by aligning roadmap bets to a clear KPI tree and rigorously instrumenting impact. A track record of defining strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering business outcomes. Fluent business Spanish (required). Strong technical acumen (required): comfortable discussing product analytics concepts (events, properties, cohorts), basic experimentation, and practical implementation considerations; quick to learn new tools and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams. Exceptional communication skills—able to turn complex analysis into concise recommendations for senior audiences. AI Skills (Preferred, not required)
Familiarity with modern AI/LLM models and capabilities; ability to spot pragmatic product use cases and define success metrics; awareness of data privacy and responsible AI. Comfort experimenting with model APIs is a plus. Travel Requirements
