This is a high-impact role for an experienced environmental specialist who blends regulatory knowledge with hands-on leadership.
Overview
Environment, Health and Safety Manager responsible for leading EHS programs across multiple facilities, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Oversee full-scope EHS compliance, including OSHA, EPA, and NERC/CIP. Serve as the primary liaison with local, state, and federal regulatory bodies. Lead audits, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement projects. Work closely with plant operations to drive practical, effective compliance strategies. Provide support during outages, emergency situations, and high-impact operations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in power generation, renewable energy, or refinery industries. Strong working knowledge of environmental regulations, permitting, and reporting. Experience with Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) is a big plus. Skilled communicator who can lead across technical and operations teams. Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-accountability environment.
