About the Position
This position is located with the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA), Education Directorate, Student Services Division, in Alexandria, VA.
This position may be eligible for situational telework as determined by the agency policy.
Duties
Manage the resources to facilitate instruction and future planning.
Coordinate assessments to document student performance by grade and content.
Draft assessment policy, training, and guidance.
Support the planning of annual budgets within Assessment Branch.
Serve as a Contractor Officer’s Representative (COR) by managing assessment contracts.
Implement assessments for use in DoDEA schools.
Design assessment materials for assessment program.
Requirements
Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement.
Proof of U.S. Citizenship required.
Direct deposit of pay is required.
One year probationary period may be required.
Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation.
This position requires you to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE450) upon entry, and annually thereafter.
You may be required to sign a transportation agreement.
