Designs and delivers technical training programs to support business line appropriate staff and, as needed, any necessary outside staff. Builds relationships and works with business line management to identify training needs; delivers World Class Service during all interactions. Responsible for implementing and monitoring training programs. Contributes to the development and implementation of Business Line wide initiatives. What You Will Do

Facilitates training programs emphasizing technical and sales skills, applications, vendor and product information, AAA quality standards and Five Diamond Member experience culture. Delivers training utilizing a variety of training techniques. Ensures trainees comprehend the complexity and depth of related information. Facilitates training programs in various settings including formal classroom settings, regional training centers, distance learning, and one-on-one sessions. Trainings may be conducted after business hours and in outdoor or indoor settings in all weather conditions. Builds professional relationships with AAA partners and vendors. Maintains high level of expertise on all product offerings, industry trends, policies, and procedures. Participates in department meetings to communicate training progress and gather feedback. Provides coaching to help learners refine their skills. Develops and adjusts training programs based on trainees’ knowledge levels. Supports safety culture by incorporating safe working practices and OSHA requirements into all training activities. Stays updated on industry trends by attending seminars and maintaining certifications. Represents the department at community and industry events. Assists during events or weather-related storms as needed. Works with quality assurance teams to identify performance gaps and recommend learning solutions. Qualifications

Education/Licenses:

Associates Degree/Trade School certificate or 6-8 years of auto repair/roadservice/towing or fleet operations experience. Technical/Certifications:

Current ASE General, Electrical or Engine Repair certification (G1, A1 & A6) and Wreckmaster Certification Level 2/3 a plus, or ability to obtain within 12 months. Ability to operate tow vehicles (training provided), pass Driver’s License Check, and obtain a 6-month DOT Certificate. Experience:

3+ years auto repair or fleet operations experience; 3+ years facilitating live courses in-person and virtual. Compensation

The annual pay range is

$55,000 - $65,000 . Compensation varies based on experience and skills. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, 6% 401k match, and other employee benefits.
