Deliver full-cycle technical support for agency staff, including hardware management and software applications Monitor and respond to security incidents to safeguard systems and data Lead help desk requests, serving as the technical lead on complex issues Design and maintain automation tools to streamline processes and improve IT asset management Manage and support agency communication systems, ensuring reliability and responsiveness Qualifications
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in information technology operations, programming, or systems/software development One (1) year of professional IT work experience in installation and support of microcomputer hardware and software Ability to perform detailed analysis and design of computer systems Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Proven skills in troubleshooting and resolving data communications problems Preferred Qualifications
