Inside Sales Associate .
The Inside Sales Associate works on the phone and at our branch counter to service contractors, distributors, and retailers purchasing fence products.
Daily responsibilities include:
Conducting discovery conversations with existing and prospective customers to identify products and services that can grow their business. Calling current customers to generate orders for scheduled delivery and inform them of specials and promotions. Collaborating with sales and operations teams to meet sales goals and earn bonuses. Exhibiting excellence in phone sales, computer data entry, and customer engagement. Preferred experience or product knowledge:
Building materials: metals, woods, plastics, hardware Do-It-Yourself retail Construction Mechanical/Electrical This position has contributed to Master Halco’s growth towards a $1 billion valuation in 2022. Responsibilities include:
Partnering with outside sales to expand product offerings and customer base. Gathering market intelligence on competitors and market conditions, and reporting to the Branch Manager. Handling inbound calls and emails to process quotes and orders promptly. Providing ongoing support post-sale. Preparing job order quotations based on customer requests. Communicating with customers from order to shipment. Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent experience 1-3 years in customer service or sales Excellent phone and face-to-face customer skills Strong verbal and written communication Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
