is an entry‑level, trainee position designed to develop expertise in healthcare IT. You will receive training and guidance from experienced analysts to support and configure Epic applications. You will gain hands-on experience with system workflows, processes, and how technology supports safe and efficient healthcare operations. Epic Analyst I will assist with system setup, testing, and troubleshooting while gaining exposure to Epic tools and best practices. This role is ideal for candidates combining their background with technical skills to pursue a career in healthcare IT. The position trains under supervision with the goal of promotion to Epic Analyst II. For more detailed information, refer to the Epic Analyst I job description. Participate in training and hands-on work to configure and support Epic applications. Assist with system setup, testing, and troubleshooting under supervision. Learn Epic workflows, best practices, and supporting processes in a healthcare setting. Certifications and Modules
Epic certification must be obtained and maintained in one or more of the following modules: EpicCare Inpatient ClinDoc, Epic Cadence, EpicCare Orders, Epic Grand Central, EpicCare ASAP (Emergency Department), Epic Business Intelligence Developer—Revenue Cycle, EpicCare Willow (Inpatient Pharmacy), Epic Business Intelligence Developer—Clinical, EpicCare Radiant (Radiology), Epic MyChart, EpicCare Beaker & Anatomic Pathology (Lab & AP), Epic HIM-ROI, EpicCare Ambulatory, Epic Security Coordinator. Additional vendor certifications may be required depending on the role. Location & About ARMC

ARMC is a public/nonprofit, 456-bed teaching hospital, affiliated with California University of Science and Medicine (CUSM). Education:
An Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or a closely related field. Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting using health information systems or IT system support. Ideal candidates will have experience with Epic or a similar EHR in an acute care hospital or large healthcare setting. Application & Evaluation
