Responsibilities

Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral business Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal Gather local community information to answer questions from clients about potential homes Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for the business Qualifications

A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently Great communication and social skills Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Technology-driven Compensation
