Regional Sales Manager, Field Sales – Small Law Join a sales team experiencing rapid organic growth. The Regional Sales Manager develops the sales team, identifies and advances deals to land new logo customers, and grows the existing customer base to exceed revenue goals. By mentoring your team, you will lead your region and its assigned functions (e.g., new sales, customer retention, forecasts, market intelligence, territory development, recruiting, onboarding and training). You will facilitate individual development planning and offer career development guidance. About You 5+ years’ experience in B2B selling to professionals in a direct field-based sales environment Prior sales leadership experience managing a sales team both remote and in-person Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in a high-activity position Ability to work from home and travel to customer locations Experience in the Legal Industry is preferred Experience with MS Office, Salesforce, and other automation tools Compensation $105,000 base + $105,000 on-target commission About Internet Brands
