Revenue Cycle Manager
at Behavioral Innovations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial success while leading a team committed to excellence in medical billing and revenue cycle operations. You will measure and monitor the performance of the Revenue Cycle team that's engaged in processing claims and resolving outstanding accounts receivable (AR). If you’re a proactive leader with expertise in revenue cycle management, we want to hear from you! Lead and manage all billing and accounts receivable (AR) resolution activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Monitor team performance, providing feedback, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize billing practices and AR follow-up. Analyze reports and payer data to identify trends, resolve denials, and drive strategies that reduce aged AR and improve reimbursement. Collaborate with payers and internal teams to resolve claim issues, prevent backlogs, and maintain compliance with payer requirements. Ensure accurate posting of refunds, recoups, and reconciliation updates. Serve as a servant leader by fostering a collaborative, positive, and accountable work environment. Demonstrated experience leading in a fast-paced healthcare RCM environment with multi-state payer knowledge. Proficient in EMR and billing systems with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Must have at least 10 years of experience leading and managing RCM in healthcare or a related field, with a preference for experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position requires full-time onsite work at our corporate office in Addison, TX. Solid understanding of staff management, healthcare services, and business strategies. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and billing systems.
