Position Overview
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes specific to behavioral health / ABA services. The RCM Manager ensures billing, claims submission, denials management, payer contract oversight, and collections are completed efficiently and accurately, while working closely with clinical and operational staff to ensure documentation supports reimbursement. Revenue Cycle Manager Required Qualifications
3+ years of revenue cycle management experience, ideally in behavioral health / ABA therapy or a related field Compensation
Pay Range: $90,000 plus based on prior RCM experience. Benefits

Revenue Cycle Oversight: Oversee and improve RCM processes end-to-end: eligibility verification, charge capture, claims submission & tracking, payment posting, account reconciliation, denials, appeals, and write-offs. Ensure ABA-specific documentation, coding, and payer requirements are met; work with BCBAs, therapists, and clinical leadership to ensure clinical records support billing. Monitor KPIs such as clean claim rate, denial rate, Days in A/R, net collection rate, and underpayments. Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify root causes of revenue leakage and lead process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory, insurance, billing, and coding standards, including ABA-specific regulations, Medicaid, and private insurers. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, coach, and manage RCM staff including hiring, training, and mentoring. Prepare financial and operational reports, forecasts, and present to senior leadership. Collaborate with clinical and operational staff across centers to align revenue cycle goals with quality of care. Work Environment
