This position nurtures and grows existing accounts within a geographic territory, while seeking out and opening new, qualified accounts for all ZO Skin Health, Inc. products. Achieve goals by building trusting relationships with current customer accounts and supporting the overall growth of the physician’s business. Utilize ZO’s financial planning system to forecast with accuracy and consistency. Plan, coordinate and conduct in-practice marketing programs and events. Support customer accounts with proven methods in product placement space and location. Seek out and open new physician-owned qualified accounts in various specialties, primarily dermatology and plastic surgery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Achieve goals by building trusting relationships with current customer accounts and supporting the overall growth of the physician’s business. Utilize ZO’s financial planning system to forecast with accuracy and consistency. Plan, coordinate and conduct in-practice marketing programs and events. Support customer accounts with proven methods in product placement space and location. Seek out and open new physician-owned qualified accounts in various specialties, primarily dermatology and plastic surgery.
Additional Responsibilities And Requirements
Remain knowledgeable on the most up-to-date protocols through our unparalleled education for self and customer accounts through various blended learning opportunities. Partner with clinical skin-health experts in your territory, and various other departments such as customer service, marketing and business development to ensure the needs of the customer are being met timeline and accurately. Coordinate, execute and attend events for accounts to implement. Attend trade shows/seminars when applicable. Travel is estimated at 60-80%, both local and overnight travel based on assigned geography.
Desired Skills & Experience
Must currently reside in or near the territory/area as posted. 5+ years of outside sales experience with strong skincare, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics experience. Must have an established and extensive network with ability to generate new accounts. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Retail sales experience preferred. Seniority level
