Position Overview: As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with top owners and brokers to develop a digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their properties online. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships and advise on product frequency, reach, brand efficacy and ROI using our analytic tools. You will prospect, study industry trends, and demonstrate products to build your client portfolio. Outcomes include preparing new Sales Executives with extensive training and developing market credibility to represent the brand effectively. On-site role: Greensboro, NC. Note:
This role is on-site in the Greensboro, NC office. Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients using consultative sales methods to drive advertising revenue and act as a trusted advisor on marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising, CRE trends, and market territory dynamics. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support, provide market insights, and present solutions to help clients achieve goals. Client Engagement – Build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings requiring travel. Basic Qualifications
A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in B2B environments selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, or data & analytics. Demonstrated commitment to prior employers and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment. Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record prior to start. Preferred Qualifications
Success in building long-term relationships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels. Ability to analyze data, build reports, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
