Sales Executive - LoopNet, Greensboro, NC. CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. We empower customers with insights and connections to improve their businesses and lives. Position is on-site at our Greensboro, NC office. You will represent LoopNet’s digital advertising and marketing solutions, partnering with owners and brokers to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and demonstrate ROI using our analytic tools. Position Overview
As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company. You will build long-lasting, service-focused client relationships, advise on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and highlight return on investment. You will prospect, study industry trends, and conduct effective product demonstrations to grow your client portfolio. You will receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility and success, and learn digital marketing and sales skills from internal experts. Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Build relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Collaborate with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate, and market trends in your territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support with regular communication, market insights, and solutions aligned to client goals. Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings that may require travel by car and possibly outside the driving radius of the office location. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with a customer-focused approach. Current and valid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications
Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations from market data and metrics.
