Are you ready to write your next chapter? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Sales Executive Merchant Regional to join our Merchant Services team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as a Sales Executive Merchant Regional
Drive new business growth and increase profitability by identifying high-impact opportunities through market and client insights.
Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
Build and energize a referral network with Commercial Bank partners and execute proactive outreach to generate sales momentum.
Manage pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
Partner with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations demonstrating how our solutions meet client needs.
Travel within the designated territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign new local businesses.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
6+ years of Merchant Sales Experience.
Deep knowledge of the payments industry, Interchange, and gateway connectivity.
Background in SaaS, Banking, Payables, and Receivables is a plus.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a bonus.
10 years of sales experience, especially solution selling into Commercial, Mid-Market, or Enterprise sectors.
Proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven approach.
Strong partner relationship, prospecting, and territory development skills.
Ability to manage client relationships ensuring customer success.
Quick understanding of technology fundamentals and their business applications.
Open to feedback, accountable, and growth-oriented.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Clear and professional communication skills.
Creative, Empowered, and Accountable mindset.
