Your new role Location: Maine, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont (Remote - must be based in one of these US States) Potential Compensation - $240,000 to $300,000 OTE (50/50 split) We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help expand our presence in the U.S. market. This is a strategic sales role, where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to both customers and partners, aligning Cognigy’s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives. You’ll collaborate with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders and sales colleagues, while also driving opportunities independently to close large, complex deals. This role is ideal for a highly consultative salesperson who can operate both independently and within a collaborative go-to-market model. Responsibilities Drive strategic new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across your assigned U.S. territory Leverage and co-sell with partner ecosystems, BDRs, and internal teams to maximize coverage and pipeline development Independently manage full sales cycles, from territory planning and prospecting to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close Engage senior decision-makers (Director to C-level) with a consultative, value-based approach; build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on AI-powered customer engagement strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to drive deal velocity and customer success Represent Cognigy at industry events and customer-facing forums Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity hygiene within CRM Growth potential At Cognigy we are committed to your professional growth.
