Location: Remote - must be based in one of the following states: Maine, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Vermont. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help expand Cognigy\'s presence in the U.S. market. This is a strategic sales role where you\'ll act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners, aligning Cognigy\'s platform with high-impact transformation initiatives. You\'ll collaborate with channel partners, BDRs, internal stakeholders and sales colleagues, while independently advancing opportunities and closing large, complex deals. Responsibilities
Drive strategic new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across the U.S. territory Co-sell with partner ecosystems, BDRs, and internal teams to maximize coverage and pipeline Independently manage full sales cycles from territory planning to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close Engage senior decision-makers with a consultative, value-based approach; build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps Act as a subject-matter expert on AI-powered customer engagement strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to drive deal velocity and customer success Represent Cognigy at industry events and customer-facing forums Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity hygiene within CRM Qualifications
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a successful track record selling to Fortune 500 companies 3+ years of CCaaS, CAI, or AI/Automation sales experience Technical sales experience in CCaaS, CAI, AI/Automation is a plus Experience selling through a partner/channel model; comfortable influencing without direct control Proven ability to close $1M+ in annual quota with 6- to 7-figure deals Strong ability to manage complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with VP and C-level stakeholders Self-starter who can drive deals forward in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong business acumen and a consultative mindset Benefits
