Your new role - Senior Account Executive - US Location: Utah, Alaska, Hawaii, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming (Remote - must be based in one of these US States)

Potential Compensation: $240,000 to $300,000 OTE (50/50 split)

Responsibilities

Drive strategic new business opportunities with Fortune 500 companies across your assigned U.S. territory

Leverage and co-sell with partner ecosystems, BDRs, and internal teams to maximize coverage and pipeline development

Independently manage full sales cycles, from territory planning and prospecting to discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and close

Engage senior decision-makers (Director to C-level) with a consultative, value-based approach; build business cases, ROI models, and transformation roadmaps

Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on AI-powered customer engagement strategies

Collaborate cross-functionally with Presales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to drive deal velocity and customer success

Represent Cognigy at industry events and customer-facing forums

Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity hygiene within CRM

Requirements

5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a successful track record selling to Fortune 500 companies

3+ years of CCaaS, CAI, or AI/Automation sales experience

Technical sales experience in CCaaS, CAI, AI/Automation is a plus

Experience working in or selling through a partner/channel model; comfortable influencing without direct control

Proven ability to close $1M+ in annual quota with individual deal sizes in the 6- and 7-figure range

Exceptional at managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with VP and C-level stakeholders

A self-starter who can independently drive deals forward while embracing a team-oriented sales motion

Strong business acumen and a consultative mindset; you bring insight and structure to every customer conversation

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
