Position Overview: As an Account Executive at Growlink, you will be responsible for driving new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within the controlled environment agriculture (CEA) space. This role requires a proactive approach to selling, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Identify and prospect new leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Growlink's solutions to prospective clients. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing and onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and reports to management. Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and challenges. Represent Growlink at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, AgTech, or related industries. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent prospecting and closing skills. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools. Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
