The University of Arizona seeks a qualified applicant for the position of Assistant Professor for our Tucson area campus. Responsibilities include teaching courses in undergraduate, Master’s, Executive, and PhD programs, including Data Analytics, Group & Team Dynamics and Effectiveness, Human Resource Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiations, Health Care Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, etc., using knowledge of Logical & Critical Thinking; Research Design & Data Analysis; and Teaching & Lecturing. The position requires a PhD or foreign equivalent in Management or related areas such as Psychology, Sociology or Economics. Perform scholarly research, publish academic journals, serve the university through various committee assignments and provide outreach to the local and extended community. Teach courses in undergraduate, Master’s, Executive, and PhD programs, including Data Analytics, Group & Team Dynamics and Effectiveness, Human Resource Management, Judgment and Decision Making, Negotiations, Health Care Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Theory, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, etc. Mentor and train doctoral students.
