We are currently seeking a
Sous Chef
at our
Dallas - Prestonwood
community. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients. Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards Manage the kitchen staff, ensuring that all food is prepared in a timely manner Maintain a clean and organized kitchen Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations Assist in menu planning and recipe development Train and mentor kitchen staff Order and maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and equipment Assist in the preparation of food as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a culinary school is a plus Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits: We offer a benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and other perks to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
