Executive Sous Chef – High-Volume Coastal Restaurant – South Coast, MA
We are seeking an
Executive Sous Chef
to join the leadership team at a high-volume, waterfront restaurant on the South Coast of Massachusetts. This well-known culinary destination specializes in innovative coastal cuisine, including high-quality sushi and seasonal dishes, all served in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced chef to contribute to a creative kitchen team while helping to lead back-of-house operations at one of the region’s premier dining establishments.

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume upscale casual or fine dining kitchen Proven culinary skills with a strong focus on quality, creativity, and consistency Experience supervising kitchen teams and driving BOH efficiency Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support kitchen staff, including Kitchen Managers and line team members Ensure consistent execution of dishes in line with brand standards and chef-driven menu vision Assist in menu development, food costing, inventory control, and ordering Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance Serve as acting Head Chef in their absence, ensuring seamless kitchen leadership
