Catering Executive Chef
to lead our high-volume catering operations, focusing on global cuisines and culinary innovation. If you are a dynamic culinary leader with a passion for presentation and creativity, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities
Lead culinary execution for large-scale catered events, emphasizing creativity and flawless delivery. Develop and evolve seasonal, themed, and custom menus inspired by international cuisines and modern food trends. Maintain high standards for plating and presentation across all events. Supervise kitchen staff and manage workflows in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with sales, event planning, and operations teams to ensure memorable guest experiences. Manage food procurement, inventory, and costs to meet financial goals. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in high-volume catering or events. Deep knowledge of global cuisines and culinary techniques. Proven experience in menu design and development. Strong attention to detail, presentation, and culinary artistry. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Portfolio demonstrating your culinary work is required. Benefits
