The primary responsibility of this role is the daily management of the laboratory, collaborating with researchers to develop methods for major and trace metals analysis applications in various fields.

This position requires a PhD in Chemistry and a minimum of two years of experience in analytical chemistry applications, including inductively coupled plasma (ICP) technologies and laser ablation (LA) methods. Responsibilities
Daily management of the CAIS Plasma Chemistry Laboratory Collaborate with researchers to develop methods for major and trace metals analysis applications Operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, including inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometers (ICP-MS) and optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES) Direct supervision of one staff member (Research Professional) Requirements
