Retail Store Manager BERGENFIELD | S Washington Ave at Arch Telecom. The role leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, embodies Arch Telecom’s Core Values, and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on customer needs. Responsibilities
Lead by example to guide your team toward top performance Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing sales, inventory, and new store programs and initiatives Sell to find personalized solutions beyond device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices Maintain an excellent store presentation and customer experience Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and device/service troubleshooting Complete trainings on in-store experiences, new skills, processes, and system knowledge Build relationships across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues Identify and hand off small business leads and collaborate with peers for the company’s success Provide first-class customer experience while having a positive, engaging store environment Qualifications / What you’ll bring
Leadership with competitive drive and the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment Willingness to lead a team, share best practices, and serve customers Strong operational, financial, and performance management capabilities Excellent communication skills with customers and team members Prior wireless sales experience What’s in it for you?
