This role is a learning position with path for promotion to Mobile Expert after training completion. Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. Our MAs are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on customer needs. They build relationships with customers by educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. Responsibilities
Learn and build proficiency in customer service while providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by: Helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, via Customer Care, or in-store) Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices Guiding customers through the purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate: In-store coverage comparisons and a fast LTE network How plans and services enable unlimited connection and lifestyle benefits Device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems, and resources. Build relationships across channels to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless environment Identify and hand off small business leads Develop strong peer relationships and contribute to the company’s success Deliver first-class customer experience while enjoying the role Qualifications
A strong desire to learn and master customer advocate skills and build meaningful relationships Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment Willingness to learn from peers and store leaders, sharing best practices Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred Benefits
