Our client, a fast-growing financial services firm, is seeking finance professionals with
3–5 years of FP&A experience . The ideal candidate will have a background in
financial services, banking, or private equity
and be eager to contribute to a dynamic, growth-focused organization. This role offers the opportunity to develop financial insights and support strategic decision-making within a high-performing team. What You’ll Do Compile, review, and present monthly financial & operational performance across business channels Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and key company initiatives Provide financial modeling support for decision-making at the highest levels Deliver reporting & analysis on revenue, expenses, and EBITDA trends Own ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management & stakeholders Support quarterly reporting to investors, lenders, and equity owners Why This Role is Different Visibility:
