We're looking for a
Senior Project Accountant
who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working closely with project managers, and is ready to make a lasting impact on a growing, team-oriented organization.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the financials for multiple construction projects from start to finish Prepare project cost reports, forecasts, and budgets Work with PMs to track costs, billings, and profitability Ensure accuracy in contract billing, change orders, and compliance Assist with month-end close and reporting Provide insights for process improvements and project performance
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of project accounting experience (construction industry preferred) Strong Excel and ERP system skills Detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative mindset Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with project teams
