The Department of Economics at USF (Tampa Campus) seeks to fill a 9-month, full-time, non-tenure earning Assistant Professor of Instruction position, with a start date of August 7, 2026. Salary is negotiable.

Qualifications Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Economics is required. Applications from ABD candidates will be accepted, but the degree must be conferred by appointment start date. Candidates must have a strong commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor of Instruction.
The ability to teach Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, and advanced theory courses at the undergraduate level is preferred.
