Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and execution Maintain quality and consistency across all dishes, with a focus on Spanish flavors Collaborate on seasonal menus and daily specials Supervise and train line cooks and prep staff Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Prior experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a full-service or upscale setting Strong foundation in Spanish cuisine, tapas, grilled meats, and woodfired cookery Solid leadership and team-building skills Familiarity with kitchen cost controls and ordering systems Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
