We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller to oversee our financial operations and drive strategic financial planning for continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry-specific regulations Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes; provide analysis and recommendations to senior leadership Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and capital expenditure tracking Collaborate with operational teams to monitor financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization Coordinate annual audits, tax filings, and other external reporting requirements Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members Drive process improvements and ERP system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation preferred Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Experience in the aviation industry or related aerospace/manufacturing sector is highly desirable Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
