Job Description
Utilize accounting systems (QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop & Point of Sale) to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, AR and AP Reports) for management purposes.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable
Perform bank reconciliations and collect money
Compose monthly and quarterly cash flow projections
Maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger with excellent knowledge
Prepare balance sheets and classify expenses and payments
Close books and prepare forecasts and budgets
Maintain a ledger for receipt entries and perform appropriate reconciliations
Prepare monthly cost reports for the CEO and monitor inventory
Handle purchasing and invoicing for suppliers and customers
Assist with controls for sales representatives and prepare daily Excel sales reports
Manage insurance controls and policies
Reconcile daily cash flow when making deposits
Maintain accounting controls by developing and recommending policies and procedures
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, biweekly, and annual sales reports
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Experience:
Accounts Receivable (3 years)
Accounts Payable (3 years)
Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop (4 years)
Fluent in both Spanish and English
