Get to Know This Role The Category Insights Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of scan data, consumer insights, and industry trends to help uncover opportunities to drive sales for SNBC. The individual will use this analysis to build and deliver meaningful recommendations to enhance SNBC and category sales at accounts. The position will collaborate with SNBC Region/Chain Sales Managers, SNBC Marketing, and SNBC field sales. What’s In It For You

Proactively analyze and provide category insights/recommendations to assist in growing category sales Manage the analysis and development of Category Planogram Process to maximize category sales Provide support to SNBC customers: i.e. regional analyses, pricing analyses and special projects Actively participate in the integration and planning between HQ, field, distributor Develop analysis and fact-based tool kits to move business forward via category management processes Develop effective presentations which include Symphony IRI/data analysis, to deliver solution based recommendations that will positively affect the business of the chains and Sierra Nevada Analyze and report monthly business status to manager including issues, opportunities and progress vs objectives Operate effectively within the brewery and budgetary guidelines Utilize sales tools (KARMA, VIP, Nielsen, IRI, Power BI, etc.) to analyze distribution and promotion results and build future recommendations and plans Please Apply if You Have

Associate’s Degree or any combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities have been achieved required Bachelor’s Degree preferred 2 years sales experience preferred Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis with analytics techniques to solve defined business problems required Intermediate Excel Skills required Additional Requirements To Consider Before Applying
